Deco suggestion: smudge tool

I think this is a very good idea. I dont make any simulations with the deco layer much because i am not good with art. but the smudge tool would help people like @Busydb  make better simulations. His simulations are all works of art because of the deco layer. Not everyone makes a wall of diamond and paints over it and calls it a save.

Indeed, @BuysDB 's saves are both functional AND art.

My username is what I've been using since I was 6 years old. It may be stupid but I still like it.
My profile picture is Vault Boy. If you think he sucks that just shows that you've never played any of the Fallout series.
Both of your statements are irrelevant and a poor attempt to be witty.
People like you are the reason I don't like modern medicine and really strict safety regulations. It almost entirely removes natural selection which allows people like you to survive.
But who knows, you may very well beat the odds and still manage to somehow off yourself by means of sheer stupidity and end up in the Darwin Awards.

I looked at that guy's saves you guys were going on about and they are awesome, but I don't think they would benefit from a smudge tool. It didn't look lie he used the decal tool all that much anyway. He did use the sand effect but if you blurred that it wouldn't really look like a sand effect anymore.

Maybe some day they could add a smudge tool but I don't think there is a big need for it. If you really want that effect you could do it without the smudge tool with a bit of effort.

That comment could result in a ban. If you have a problem with @FinalFlash50, then PM him or if it applies, talk to a moderator. You don't have to insult him to the point to where it gets you into trouble. Just trying to keep the peace.
As for you @FinalFlash50, you know better. Just because you get away with a lot of things doesn't mean you should push it. The best way of setting an example for people is to act the way you should and help others. There is a saying: treat others the way you want to be treated. It has been proven to work.

As far as color smudging goes, I will talk to a couple modders I work with and see what they can come up with. They might be able to come up with a way to do it. They already have made a few advances in the decoration layer.
