    This brought tears to my eyes, I feel really sorry for you because you must be devastated. When I was about 4 my pet budgie called rainbow died (me and my mum went to sainsburys and came back and he was dead but I think he wasn't eating and the vet put him down and we went out, I cant really remember as it was a long time ago), when I think of him its really upsetting.Anyone who has lost a pet I feel sorry for you.

    Very sorry to hear that. The best thing to remember is that he had a good life, and was cared for by his owner, despite his medical conditions.

    You can't do much but remember him and think about him. The best thing is actually to move on. No point of being in misery for longer than needed.
