    Why wouldn't it? It automatically pulls the required dependencies.

    because I mean other system directories. For example, Debian have no app menu. When I will write to it, it will create directory, but nothing would work cause Debian have no it.

    App menu? What? That is just a program.

    Yes! You got it! App menu would use something I've put somewhere, but because Debian (for example) don't have it, it wouldn't work.

    Debian don't have it? Debian is just a distro, you can use practically any program on it.
