That's because the new console requires a ! at the front of all commands.
In future, never post on an old topic (necro) again or I murder you slowly and use the search bar. :)

tpt.el.watr.explosive=80000 makes water explosive but for it to explode first do tpt.el.watr.flammable=80000 then light the water

when done restaft the powder toy
