Shrinking contest

    What happened to the "Bad Apple" save? It got almost a hundred likes and could have won, but then it just spontaneously disappeared

    I was unsatisfied with that save; the screen is too small, and the poor resolution;
    The shrinking process has ruined the original save, and I've given less effort, unlike the other saves(contest entries).
    So, I removed the "shrinking2025" tag and am going to unpublish it until the contest ends

    Fairly disappointing, I think it was an excellent save. Hard to say if I would have voted it, I did try to vote saves that I thought were both faithful, and had a high level of effort put into them. I definitely think that save had effort put in, and the resolution is meant to be low, that doesn't hold it back.

    I'm curious about your thoughts on the shrunken Great Pyramid I did. It was a simple save from the get go, so it didn't take me a long time to recreate it.

    Honestly, I'm not entirely disappointed that I didn't win. Levi42 did an amazing job on his save!

    I think it's pretty neat. It was a very faithful recreation. Although my criteria for what to pick was more involved than that. I was looking for something that was both faithful and complex to re-implement. Your save had some great attention to detail in replicating all the little details of the original. Better than the majority of submissions, I would say. But some of the top-voted saves had hours / days of work put in, and I definitely wanted to reward that.
