    I'm not asking you to try 95 >_> I'm only asking whether you've ever seen 95 or above work. Specifically, I'm wondering whether the last time you could use the gallery was before the 30th of this September.

    no i didnt see 95 or above to work i updated my game and i tried to get it back to work but nothing worked , i was able to use the gallery before i updated the game and it was when the new update came idk the date

    That means my second idea as to what's wrong is also incorrect :( I'm out of ideas again. Maybe @jacob1 will have some more.

    sad.. my brother is having the same issue too if i learn the fix for this bug ill surely go do it for my brother too

    Which version of Windows are you using? Is it 10? 7? Something else?

    Do you have Windows Update enabled? You probably need this enabled in order to have TPT work. The update required should be years old at this point, but if the update is blocked or your computer hasn't been updated in a really long time, that might explain it.

    If your computer is up to date in Windows Update, there are some very advanced instructions you could follow to fix it, but I'd need to know what version of Windows you are on first.
