    its still blurry regardless of whether 'change resolution' and/or 'resizable' are checked or not. window scale factor is 1. my monitor is 1366 pixels x 768 pixels. i will not and do not play in fullscreen.

    If you don't use fullscreen, you shouldn't have any problems. Unless resizable window is checked. It you use neither, TPT looks just fine.
