I would love to have a scaling implemented in the UI, rather than commandline only. While working on more complicated stuff, I would actually prefer a 'chunkier' appearance. A pseudo fullscreen or max size would allow to use the screen are most effectively.
Having a higher scaling could even allow for different types of scaling views. Who played the old Monkey Island games via the ScummVM with its different views? In the end, scaled pixels must not look like 4x4 blocks.

This is the exact the reason I wanted this.
Also in 1024x600 the command scale:2 fills all the screen but about 75% of it is off screen.
