I'll give some additional info and how I (sort of) solved the issue
INFO:
Win10 + Bitdefender (had it for a few months so it's not that trained yet, might be the problem since it basically corrupts everything it sees)
It started to horribly over-protect the folder it was in, not allowing me to modify it that much, neither tpt itself had permission for like, anything actually.
SOLUTION:
Just re-downloaded tpt and transferred over the SCRIPTS folder and Modmanager to retain my previous tpt copy. Also re-added the stamps recently. So this is a way to deal with this windows/crappy-bitdefender-acting-up-again issue.
Edit: Maaaan, I have a crapton of stamps. This is gonna take a while.
