What are these buttons at PROP?

    looks like the same code (or at least, the same large if statement) is used for liquids and powders, so somewhere in there the stagnant flag must be getting set for fire (marked as a powder in the code for some reason).

    Now I think of it, why is pavg not in the PROP tool
