Dexpot has a transparency feature, but it looks ugly :/

You can clearly see that you put two layers (one showing your backround and one showing tpt work space) then you changed the second layer transparency

But you can see that the backround part is not fully transparence because it's dark

you can see in @Schicko's version the fish's color looks bluish when it's on the blue window part of the windows logo

 It's a bloomin laser. Why the hell would a fish scatter-poop rainbows?! Fyi, I used the Dexpot desktop manager for Windows to achieve 40% transparency.
