I would have thought that for moderating saves as described in the original post, save activity is more important than forum activity...
Some people who are active on the forum don't seem to be so active in looking at saves.
But yes, we don't get enough reports.

I am indeed. Also, it's kind of against the rules. I wouldn't imagine anyone ever being banned over it, considering the Forum rules clearly outlines the "punishment" alongside it.

(Although yes, I agree the report button should be used more, without it TPT would be like email without spam filters) -

On Topic:
If you want to encourage more reports you could add some sort of points system, how many (true) reports you filed could show up on your profile or something.
