I think there's a thread about user deletion. jacob1 said it won't be allowed because there'll be a user ID hole in the database. Also they'll has to delete saves, posts, ban histories, profile, etc. Simon wouldn't do that because it's very difficult to do. But however Simon could modify usernames, it is easier :D
