Fullscreen Window is Small

    Apologies for the double post, but I have resolved the issue. It seems as though it was caused by some hidden setting/screwup in my Nvidia graphics card settings. To fix it, I literally switched resolution using the NVIdia control panel, opened up PT, and switched the resolution back to 1366x768. And somehow, that helped, because PT is back to normal now.

    You will have to go to your graphics properties, > Maintain Aspect Ratio > Then you select fullscreen

     same problem here i have a 1920x1080 monitor 60hz on hdmi and my game is in a black box but its in the center i had both fullscreen and large screen selected gpu drivers all up to date

    But check your graphics card settings, as apparently that fixed the issue for him.

    if you go into safemode with networking, the issue will be fixed!
