EDNA and Nitrogen are fairly simple elements to make, just pretty much copy-paste kinda code. Virus, would be interesting but I don't think anyone is up for it. Radiation = Neutrons?
Lua is an easy language, it is based on if-s and variables, but with a little LÖVE it can go much further than TPT.

Lua is an embedded scripting language. It allows for you to "load" and "unload" elements, but lacks the speed and advancements of C.
People will make you a mod for sure...
as long as you will pay them for it. ;)
