i was just thinking that what's the point of having wood burn just like plant, insulator, sponge and vine. all of them burn in the same way. And wood wouldn't exactly burn like coal, it could burn for a shorter/longer time then coal or it could make a smaller flame than coal.

This is stupid. WOOD burns fine to me, so does PLNT, INSL etc. I dont know why people keep asking for TPT to be realistic and put in realistic stuff. It would just make it not fun. Like turning COD into ArmA.

The problem with "realism" is that you have people posting dumb suggestions and claiming it's for "realism"; when in fact it's only dumb. Then you get thing that could actually make the game better shot down.

New-IdeasForYou, wood does become coal when under extreme pressure and in very dry conditions. (actually becomes peat first before becoming coal) But it wouldn't be realistic if when you burnt wood it magically become coal. But thanks for the idea. (Would be more realistic if it became coal under pressure then under fire.)

Wood is one of the oldest elements in the game, changing it would be like saying "guys, let's color all the sand in the world purple!"
