Poor Save Image Graphics, On The Website.

I just checked on my phone, and the pictures do get really blurry once I stop scrolling. When i'm moving it around though, I can see all the pixels perfectly. I was using wifi. It could just be something android phones do to try and make the pictures look better.

I have recently switched to non-wireless service since on vacation, so perhaps when I get to a location with wifi this may change.
This is probably what is causing the issue, thank you for the help. It was really puzzling me for the longest time, as I thought the images were compressed now to save space or something to increase the website efficiency.
