No. You have lot of extra keys on the picture you sent.
That (my) keyboard layout is pretty standard, expcet for the extra keys at top and ä, å and ö, which are Finnish extra letters. -

Yeah, he could. Then again, it's a bit similar to the Source engine games' console issue(When you allow developer console, and press the proper key, some games work with it and some don't, usually randomly). Binding it to another key usually works, though when the key is hard-coded, there is no escape. Maybe KeyTweak could help? Re-mapping the tilde key to something else?
And speaking of hating, I just ignore the hate. Unless I get sad. Then I just contain the sad and try to work it out silently. -

its not something you can hide over long periods of time, you'll automatically let it out slowly in one shape or form.
i just generally distrust key-mapping tools on the web, i would rather mod the source of that game my self. [ /security ]
