Currently, you can use STOR and VOID together to create a filter that leads into void. Wouldn't work with NEUT and stuff, but it would work.

I believe you mean boron, copper doesn't absorb neutrons (at least not to my knowledge). Boron control rods are used in a lot of nuclear reactors and would be a helpful addition to the game but I'm pretty sure I've seen a thread like this before.
