I tried CTRL+UP and DOWN keys, but it only gave me an overhead panel, but no scram controls. -

And I opened the scenario called: 'DG-S ready for takeoff'. -

But the DG doesn't have the scramjets on the bottom...
Seriously, it's a DG-S but I can't access the scramjet controls. If I press CTRL+UP I see an overhead panel. Some of the dials are scramjet temperature dials. -

Remember, the scramjet only works at around 9,000 km above the surface.
