YES, I DID READ THE REJECTED ELEMENT LIST. But we do need an element that adds or subtracts a specific temperature from a particle. For example, if an element comes into contact with 100° C tmp=0 HETR (Heater) then that particle would be increased in temperature by 100° C. But if the same particle touched 100° C tmp=1 HETR, it's temperature would be decreased by 100° C.
But if it kept touching it it would coutinusly cool/heat up, so in my mod I had an element that gradually changes the temp of the element to it's own temp

Not really... For example, if you have a 5000° particle and a 3000° particle, how would you make an aray to subtract exactly 100° from both so that you have a 4900° particle and a 2900° particle?
Also that would vary based on the other element's HEATCONDUCT, so it couldn't be used to, say, modify PUMP.
