Comment Scroll Bar?

Jacob1's MOD lets you see 10 comments if you scroll and it lets you write in color.

It doesn't let you write in color anymore, Simon didn't like it and removed colors from all comments (which I sort of expected to happen eventually). Also, it lets you scroll through up to 100 comments in the latest version. -
ok yes i know Xorite i seen those why would he hate it? it was good wow now a 100 comments thats very good i doubt simon would tell a developer to make a Comment scroll bar first of all how do make mod???.

He didn't like color for a few reasons. Whenever someone wrote a comment in color, everyone starts asking how to do it, and not talking about the save. It's unfair to the people that don't have my mod (but was great to make more people use it). Also, he said color serves no purpose, and that if it was put in tags or save names, you couldn't search for them. The last two could have been solved easily though (I already removed color from local saves and could have done it for more), and it does have the purpose of making people pay attention to your comments.
I don't really understand that comment though, what else are you asking? -

You get the powder toy source http://github.com/FacialTurd/The-Powder-Toy/ and download its ZIP.
Then you get visual studio 2010 for C++ (Express) (http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions/visual-cpp-express) and to the wiki (https://powdertoy.co.uk/Wiki/W/Compiling_for_Windows.html) (Skip to Visual Studio) and follow the instructions carefully.

PS. You have to learn C. (>1 month for syntax practice, then about 5-6 months to practice) -
