idea for graphics

i see in the official feedback thread that some people didnt like the new graphics, some saves require the od graphics, and BOYL is nearly invisible, so the idea is to add an option (next to x2 soze and fullscreen) to have the new graphics, or go back to the old simple graphics, with basic colors in nothing view, and no unneeded effects in heat view,

and if you want beautiful TPT with shiny effects, just disable that option, because i think TPT is better with these graphics, but some people like/need the old graphics, so the best would be to keep the 2 options

Right, thanks for saying that, you now have no excuse to avoid reading the next thing:
Why didn't you post this in the Official Game Feedback thread, when this is game feedback, and the thread was made to stop spammy threads like this?

You would think that common sense ain't that common around here wouldn't you?

    Other than that...
I think a legacy option for graphics would be great! But only if the setting saved along with the save data.

Also, a graphics legacy mode to go back to the old graphics can't be added. The old drawing code has been removed, and adding it back would make the entire code rewrite a wate of time to have done. Remember, this new update is just a beta, which means it will have bugs. When the powder toy comes out of beta, i'm sure everything will be fixed.

I'm sure it would be possible, actually. Adding it back wouldn't be tooooo hard, I'm sure. I'd try doing it myself, if I was more experienced.
Maybe some day in the future I will manage it. Some day. :)
