ROSAT falls from the sky

So, after the more or less "safe" reentry of UARS some days ago there is another satellite on his way back to us.

It's german satellite ROSAT (RÖntgenSATellit, german for x-ray-satellite) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ROSAT

Because of big glass and ceramics parts it will survive the reentry and parts 400 kg could reach the surface.

Heavens-above states the orbit with 258x264 km (~160 miles).
NASA says the same and states reentry for 23rd October (+- a few days)

Inclination of ROSAT is 53°, so northern Europe and big parts of Canada and Russia are save.

So, second chance within a month to get hit by a satellite, two weeks to go.

There is a 1-in-2,000 chance that debris from the satellite could hit someone on Earth, though the likelihood of an injury is extremely remote, German space officials say. For German citizens, the risk of being struck is much lower, about 1 in 700,000.

I lol'd. Northen Europe, means my country's not safe. I live in southern Europe.

Alot of stuff coming crashing down from space: The UARS, then the meteorite shower that I missed because of darn clouds, now the ROSAT, and later on a huge asteroid will pass between the Earth and the Moon...
