HELP CAN'T LOG INTO THE POWDER TOY GAME

    Ok so this is a brand new issue I am having. I have been playing The Powder Toy for a long time now. I am having this issue logging into the game since I installed Windows 10 recently on my current PC. Everytime I try to log into the game now this weird error comes up. Here is a screenshot of the error below. Also, when I press the bottom left button to load other people's saves, it says "No saves were found" or something like that.

    How many times have you tried logging in? Does the online save browser work? Something might be changing or interfering with the login request.

    Around 10 or so times now. What do you mean by the online save browser?

    Click the button in the bottom left and check if you can see all the saves people have uploaded.

    It's possible you have a firewall blocking TPT from the internet or something.

    I added the game to Windows Defender Firewall where it says "Allow apps to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall.". Still doesn't solve the issue. I also clicked the button at the bottom left. Instead of other people's saves coming up it said "No saves found". The "Popular tags" text was still at the top, but none of the tags showed up.

    Yeah it's definitely being blocked from the internet. I don't know why, windows or your antivirus may be doing it.

    I added the game to my anti-virus as well. Did not work. I turned off my firewall and anti-virus and ran TPT, did not work. I made another account and logged in with that one, did not work. 

     

    Edit: Now when I press the button at the bottom right and have the load order set to "By Votes", it says "Found".

    , and also it has a changelog in it.

    Also I usually say redownloading it never fixes problems, but in this case it could trick something into thinking it's a new executable, giving you the option to whitelist tpt.

    Edit: "Found" means that it is accessing the internet somehow, but it's getting a page that isn't the tpt website. It's likely getting some kind of firewall page saying "this is blocked". Maybe the firewall isn't on your computer, but it is being blocked from the network somewhere.
