no,in fact, they should take between 5-25 BYTES per sign
actually, if they are any like text programs signs shouldnt take up any more than a kilobytes/ half a kilobyte

explosivepowder: that sounds like an SDL issue. Also maybe. In the most recent version of my mod I made it so that clicking it would copy the hex value, I didn't allow editing it though. If I do anything, it would probably just bring up an input window where you can type it in (but dunno, just convert it to RGBA :P)

And, Suggestion: When in deco editor, there should be a typeing box that lets you put in specific Hex-codes - Would make it very usefull because I know the chars and such (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, a, b, c, d, e, and f)
Also, Bug: When in fullscreen, Upan anything changing into a different window, than swiching back to the tpt window will cause the bottom of the screen to become a hole to your desktop - It wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't bugging me so much.
