can i post element ideas?
-
I somehow missed your comment. I pay $20/month for the vps that it runs on. I'm looking to downgrade this soon though, because I spent a huge amount of money on a powerful dedicated server, and I'm going to move almost everything there at some point soon. The minecraft server is the only reason I use a $20/month vps and not a $5/month one.
-
How expensive is it to keep the TPTMP server up? (You use starcatcher.us, right?)
-
You could use TSNS + FILT + HSWC to copy heat values from one place to another. Probably not what you want though :P. HEAC is pretty good for moving heat too. Neither of these elements respect the laws of thermodynamics.
-
Wall might be best because it should be transparent to e.g. wtrv. Also not sure if I've suggested this before, but a sort of "thermal pipe" that conducts heat to/from its contents would be great for heating and cooling.
-
I think that sounds like a cool idea. Would probably be an element, is easy to do that. (the element itself would block some velocity though, which is a slight issue)
-
What do you think of a "turbine" wall/element: sparks nearby conductors while there is air velocity through it?
-
SPRK / sparkable elements do a single search for INSL at a point halfway between it and the element that's going to be sparked. In some cases, it's not very clear where the "halfway" point is. Is it the point on the left or the point on the right? One will get arbitrarily picked due to rounding. That causes it to work differently at different angles.
-
I never really asked this... Why does INSL work differently at different angles? A tight circuit using INSL might not work when angled 90 degrees because SPRK is blocked/let through when it shouldn't.
