its because tags help u find it, if it was a save called 'h2o' gun, you could tag it 'water' because it wont show up items iff ur search only has 3 letters -

comments are for reviewing a save and explaining how it is bad or how it is good or how it can be improved,But if you mean positive reviews then it could be for compliments. -
