White Star Line was BRITISH, but yes owned by an American
... end the flag fight it had...
ok to end the flag this it had 3 flags on it usa (where white star line is) uk (where it departed from) and the flag of ireland(?) (where it was build) :)
For the flags, it could of flown the US or UK flag due to where it was built (South Hampton) and the owner (American) so it really depended on the day/ceromony for its flags.
ya know i don't think that matters. the quality of the work is what matters. if you all are so worried why don't ya go look it up! btw this is an awesome save. +1.
it was an uk built ship but white star line was owned by an american.
you idiots, the titanic was uk built built but last time i checked it was OWNED by america and therefore would fly an american flag
Silly Americans taking credit for another historic site...
I looked up the flags, and the one on the frontmast was a flag of the U.S. I never assumed that's where the Titanic was built.
actually, It wasmade in Ireland, Liverpool.
