For an anti personnel bomb, it's pretty weak too. Antipersonnel bombs are usually small, high AOE, and only damaging surface area. Things like gbmb, large amounts of vibr, or radioactive elements usually are not in them.

made a bad example, the idea is to use it on an actual bunker, the purpose isnt to destroy everything instantly (unlike most bombs) its to cause maximum personnel damage.
