In larger scale reactors, LIGH (from TESC), DEUT + NEUT, and BOYL can be used in the place of PUMP. Utilizing these in drives however is uh... Pain.

FRME is cheating, it's literally just DMND but it can't conduct heat and protons can passthrough. Also, at that rate it is a fusion reactor. I will admit tho that PUMP is cheaty, but BOYL is WAY too jank to get to work the way i want atm... That said, my next idea is a water powered fission drive... Also, one last thing... The only reason i use PUMP is so i can downsize my stuff.

frme isn't as cheaty because that is just to limit pressure outflow but the pump is cheaty because the thing doesn't even power itself, at that point it's just a leafblower that injects fusion into the air jet, and the fusion doesn't power it, it's just there like a water sprayer

by thickening and filling the inner chamber walls with boyl, you can produce slightly lesser but still powerful pressures of 50

Cook, I just made the engine part a actual chamber instead so it can hold the pressure and produce it itself without cheaty pump and using frme to block the gap except for a 1 pixel opening because the frme will let's air still get through but less so it isn't going to run out but it will still push through
