    Yay FP! This was inspired by other reactor saves that use ELEC to sustain fusion.

    It is heavily based on the "BIZS Direct Catalyst," which is explained in id:3384213 (not mine). The GLOW provides extra PHOT, which gets turned into ELEC to combine with the third NEUT provided by fusion.
