  this is lowk kinda stupid, if you were to make a "dam" like this you would require lots of nuclear fuel, there is no turbines and it would require cooling towers for the LPS to turn into water (without water recyling its inefficent) has the risk of meltdown destroying the entire "dam" where as such drawbacks make it nearly useless
