my intention for this was to showcase the equivalent of the "tsar bomb," as in the context of the most powerful weapons of its time. Back in those days(i assume), the most powerful bombs were just made of PLUT. However, with recent changes in technology, I wanted to show what a powerful bomb in modern TPT would be like, thus replacing the PLUT with an azure.

Like my shrunken save changed some aspects of it and removed the DMND, but I justified that. I also explained why I didn't use newer elements in some cases (preserving aspects of the original, even if it was a pain).

It is allowed to change the behavior / type of the save, if it's needed to shrink it. So if you find that the original method doesn't work at half scale, you can use different or new elements. Best to justify the change in a comment though. I'm not concerned about the LIGH at all, the rules just say you can't have particles outside the box.
