Sphenodon bulbus, commonly referred to as the Bulbasaur, is an aquatic reptile native to mountainous ocean areas, especially near Australia. For some time after its birth, it uses the nutrients that are packed into the seed on its back in order to grow.

The Bulbasaur urinates through the same way it doo-doos. This is to save space, and the kidneys are found right outside the stomach, and the bladder is basically the conv(oil) inside the stomach. If its stomach gets full enough, the CONV OIL acts as some organ to convert it to urine, because it can get pretty crouded in the small intestines it has.
