This uses NEUT in glass to make PHOT, which pass through INVS to re-form as NEUT. Once the NEUT escapes, some will return to repeat the process. PHOT may escape too. Cap off with a layer of QRTZ to make it a photon-only duper! NOTE:It self-regulates ~65k

Update: I found that, while QRTZ is detrimental, a SINGLE layer of PUMP can max out particle count in ~5 seconds.

cool stuff! I've taken to calling these "Photonuclear reactors" or just "Photonukes" for short, I'll probably post some designs for them after the update drops (the reaction is 9x more likely than it should be due to a bug)
