    @demonhunter21 It's not moving. It is "moving" but in an illsuion. If you look closely, it only appears to move as the blue around the dot encircles it.

    yeah, hit zoom, and go in most of the way onto one of the wheels, and it's not moving around, it's just that one of the particles is going around the wheel changing colors.

    thats awesome, use zoom tool and you can see that they are not moving
