NHTSV Concept 5 by SamDwich
Gas planets will have limited explorability, as, y'know, they're made of gas. However, you will still be able to fight over them and harvest gasses or water from their atmosphere, as well as building orbital colonies.

ThingamabobOverseer: no. dwarf planets, moons, and asteroids will be fully colonizable like normal planets -

They could also have moon that can be colonized,but with only half the space of true planets -
