60Hz subframed WiFi datacommunication. These are 0-lag implementations, the only delay incurred is the 1 frame WiFi transmission delay (the game was designed this way so the update order doesn't affect when WiFi signals are received).

BlueLobsterTPT_MC: You could probably very slightly optimize it, but this is practically as small as it gets.

@micque The displays are solid sparked INST so you have to leave an empty space between individual "pixels" of the display, if INST touches other INST horizontally or vertically it behaves like a single block. Every INST pixel would need its own CRAY to spark it so the electronics to drive the display would be very bulky (atleast 3x the size of the display itself). This save is more about the serial transmitter and receiver which took hours to build and test, the displays are 15 minutes of work.

would you theoretically be able to make these inputs and outputs into a pixel display? Then send a sort image through? May be interesting if you're planning on ever making a part 2

@BlueLobsterTPT_MC You mean the input pad with the switches? There are BRAYs with the individual bit values running through every SWCH towards the LDTCs below, so every SWCH has to be large enough to be switched on and off by the sparks from the METL button above as well as pass/block its BRAY with the bit value. If you can create something smaller with the same functionality I'm all ears :)

@ppggddtt22 Yeah, you'd probably be too old for the content by the time the download finishes (assuming you use parallel transmission you'd be about 1049 years older, 35 of which would be spent downloading start bits) :)
