This is a demonstration of a PSTN engine for PSTN movers that I call a phantom engine. Usually the cycle consists of moving the frame backwards and forwards, but you can avoid that by using this type of engine.

    That's basically true for all of them, the temporary parts exist just for 3/8 of the spark cycle. By the way, I think I would wanna try making a subframe version of this concept sometime in the future, with LDTC and that stuff. You said it's more predictable, right?
