Pluto and it's moons lie at the inner fringes of the Kuiper belt and reaching it is a massive hassle, not to mention it's freezing, dark and a near-vacuum. However, obtaining the Plutonian system will be very rewarding. (Expect peroids of inactivity.)

  Ill start as the ASEAN Research Alliance. Ill also send 5 rovers that will glide and soar across Pluto, collecting atmospheric data, and cartographic data for future bases.
