SCP-682 is incredibly Intelligent. Expecting to Speak. And Needs to be stnading in Hydrolic Acid at all times until SCP-682 dies. + Also Credit to Wasteland, I just fixed the details, took me 4 hours to fix it.

    I managed to chop of its tail with pstn but it regrows.
