nikikust: Russia has been shelling and trying to capture Kharkiv since the beginning. They never made much progress, and now have abandoned attempting to capture it. -

That was funny info, that Ukraine returned Kharkov when Russia didn't even tried to capture it, no one wants second Mariupol. -
jacob1 17th May 2022This month, Kharkiv is the only notable gain by Ukraine, most of this war they have just been defending and blocking progress. They have been losing territory in the Donbas region this month as Russia focuses most of their efforts there.
