    GLOW water does the job just fine. It doesn't evaporate and doesn't stick to stuff. I like it for devastatingly blowing up and sinking large ships. Ever since i was a kid, i was always interested in heavily damaging ships to an extent and see whether they could still steam and remain float despite the damage. Testing ship survivability is my favorite thing.
