Just put a CLNE(PHOT) near the thing and wait for several minutes. After that, the particles won't be "unbreakable" and you'll be able to push them out of the ehole or remove them with BOMB or similar methods.
Nice idea! However, there's a weakness: you can overflow EHOLE's particle limit by sending an enormous amount of particles into it. They get converted into static GLAS by CONV, and at some point there's just too much and the whole stack collapses into a black hole
