Going with the mechanisms of the version one, in that it converts NEUT to PHOT to produce heat in higher quantities, it's a bit bulky.

    Overall, I think it has become a lot more efficient.

    Updated the reactor. It now has a significantly improved Lithium Capacitor bank with the necessary DLAY limiter to ensure the SPRK isn't just multiplied by four and now uses a VSNS sensor to detect the WTRV instead of DTEC.
