What functions a protogen should have? I have no idea, so I ask all who have to say their ideas in the comments. I cannot guarantee that all of concepts would be implemented, but I'll try my best.

    The Protogen could have the ability to produce electricity or magnetic fields from various parts of its body? The magnetic fields could be simulated by GPMP, the electricity could be produced by TESL etc.
