It would significantly improve it, as the POLO's neutrons get partially converted to PHOT / cherenkov radiation, which the GLOW proceeds to replicate in larger amounts and the larger amounts of PHOT are picked up by the PSCN - NSCN panels.
I feel that this could be improved. Have you tried switching out the CLNE with ISOZ and filling the space outside of the FILT ring with GLOW? Alternative design idea would be to change the FILT to GLAS, fill the space within with POLO and the space outside of the FILT (The space with the PSCN - NSCN panels) with GLOW.
