    That should be as easy to check as configuring the switches at the bottom to encode some big number. Seeing as there are 16 of them, my educated guess is that it's meant go back to 0 after it hits 65535. That said, I just flipped the switch corresponding to the most significant bit (thus adding 32768 to the number) and the output didn't quite like that.
