    Demoted from FP due to being something you should discuss on the forums. Comment notifications are a planned feature. Banning people from comments isn't, because that's not the correct solution; the correct solution is being civilised in comments, and reporting when someone isn't. Comment count is just comment page count times 20 or thereabouts, no need for a separate indicator.
